The Boyle Heights Technology Youth Center was completed in 2006. The City of Los Angeles commissioned this project to serve the youth and community in the area.
This youth center is a 2 story, Type I structure, consisting of steel framing. Complete with classrooms, meeting rooms, a giant outdoor TV, this project’s total area is 32,500 sq ft. It also features a separate oval-shaped multipurpose room, with a large ceramic mural over the entry door.
This project was rated LEED Silver.
