Rowland Heights Community Center

The Rowland Heights Community Center was a complete rebuild of a community park and recreational center. The Project consisted of two new community buildings with structural steel framing, conference room, multi-purpose rooms, banquet hall, and a commercial kitchen. Completed April 2015, the Project’s total area is 18,451 sq. ft. It features three tennis courts, a basketball court and a state-of-the-art Splash Pad Playground.
RCC demonstrated a high degree of team work collaborating with the County of LA, Public Works, and Gonzalez Goodale Architects. The buildings are planned to reach a LEED Silver Rating by the USGBC.
